Let's Hike: Cosca Park

Get ready to hit the trails with Naturali Fit Hikes! Join us for a woodsy 3 mile, moderate hike at Cosca Regional Park, complete with free parking and a wooded trail. Whether you're a newbie or a hiking pro, this is your chance to embrace the great outdoors and get your sweat on. Since this trail is more "rustic" (a.k.a. unpaved), you might encounter some bugs, leaves, and other forest celebrities. I suggest wearing hiking shoes or shoes with good traction, long sleeves and/or pants or whatever makes you feel comfortable if you feel spider webs or see bugs. Don't forget your water!
